Retention
Summit Campaign
Leading the communication for our new in-house industry event, I created a landing page for easy guest RSVPs, while teaser newsletters helped build excitement leading up to the event. On the day itself, to maintain a smooth schedule, I prepared a booklet for attendees, along with personalized badges to enhance networking. These efforts are designed to ensure a smooth, engaging, and memorable experience for all involved.
My approach: maintain our core branding while adapting it to the local culture of the event’s location. I focused on providing guests with all the details they'd need to join us, while keeping them informed and excited as the event date approaches.
Results: The event supported key sales discussions, resulting in a high-value contract signed on-site (close to $1m), alongside strong client satisfaction.

Retention Summit
Teaser Newsletters
A teaser email campaign was rolled out in the lead-up to the event, gradually revealing information and hints about the programme. The newsletters highlighted key experiences such as workshops, traditional Moroccan dining, a full day in a privately booked palace, and an evening with an internationally renowned DJ. Sent regularly up until the event date, these emails were designed to keep the event top of mind, build anticipation, and progressively inform guests while maintaining an element of surprise.
Retention Summit
Booklet
A welcome brochure was designed to guide guests throughout the event. It detailed the full programme, including schedules, activities, and locations, and was illustrated with photography of the venues to enhance the experience. The brochure also included essential practical information such as emergency contact details, hotel address, and phone number, ensuring guests felt informed and supported throughout the seminar.
