Overview

Adikteev’s brand had become too generic in a highly competitive AdTech landscape, lacking the differentiation and personality needed to stand out.

The visual identity was inconsistent across touchpoints, which made it difficult for teams to communicate clearly and weakened the overall impact of the brand — both externally and internally.

As the company scaled across marketing, product and sales, there was a clear need for a more structured and distinctive brand that could support growth and enable teams to work more efficiently.

My role & approach

It enabled teams to produce high-quality, consistent materials more efficiently, strengthened the overall brand presence, and supported marketing and growth initiatives across channels.

Before & After

Before: 
The initial website presented a dense and generic layout, with limited visual hierarchy and multiple competing messages. Key value propositions were diluted by heavy content blocks and inconsistent visual emphasis, making it harder for users to quickly understand the product offering and its business benefits.

After:
The redesigned website introduces a clearer structure, stronger visual hierarchy and a more confident brand expression. Key messages around retention, performance and revenue are immediately visible, supported by focused sections, simplified content and bold visual cues. The use of contrast, spacing and modular blocks improves scannability and guides users naturally through the conversion funnel.

Business impact:
This redesign enhances clarity, credibility and user engagement, helping visitors grasp the value proposition faster. By reducing cognitive load and highlighting performance-driven outcomes, the new experience supports higher conversion rates, stronger brand positioning and improved lead generation.
